Our Process: Learning Design
The first step of the learning design phase is to determine the most appropriate learning strategies, models, and processes to use.
Popular ID strategies include guided learning, scenario-based learning, game-based learning, and case studies.
ID models are based on sound instructional design principles and includes ARCs, Merrill, action mapping, and the 5Es.
ID processes include ADDIE, Dick & Carey, and SAM
Once these have been determined, we then design the learning structure to achieve the required learning outcomes and business goals.
The learning content is then chunked and story-boarded adding relevant activities and tasks.
